The Mojatu Foundation Coffee Mornings is a weekly community gathering for seniors and other community members to share their creativity, ideas, and craftsmanship. The activities are designed to provide opportunities for social interaction, entertainment, and learning. Since the majority of the participants speak Portuguese rather than English, they attend skillshare and receive individualised assistance from the volunteers. The participants are encouraged to take whatever they make home if they choose to. Activities can last for a few weeks or just one session and are suggested by volunteers or participants.
